INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the processing of personal data by the Municipal Cultural Center in Płońsk, we would like to inform you:

  1. The administrator of personal data is the Municipal Cultural Center in Płońsk, ul. Płocka 50, 09-100 Płońsk, mck@mckplonsk.pl. (hereinafter also referred to as “ADO”).

  3. ADO processes personal data on the basis of applicable law.
  4. Personal data is processed for the purposes of:
    a) fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on ADO;
    b) implementation of contracts concluded by ADO, e.g. ticket purchase;
    c) based on the consent granted. Processing is carried out in connection with the implementation of the commune’s task in the field of creating, disseminating and protecting culture, consisting in particular in organizing collective participation in culture and disseminating various fields of culture and art, conducting forms of cultural activity, cooperation with public benefit organizations operating in the area, organizing performances, concerts, exhibitions, lectures, organizing entertainment events and festivals, publishing on the website, social media, transmitting to the media, publishing data in the cultural center.
  5. In connection with the processing of data for the purposes referred to in point. 4, the recipients of personal data may be entities that process personal data on the basis of appropriate contracts signed with ADO.
  6. The recipient of personal data processed in the process of purchasing a cinema ticket is PayPro SA, which operates the Przelewy24 system.
  7. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the goal, and after its achievement for the period specified by generally applicable law or the period of expiration of claims.
  8. In connection with the processing of personal data, after meeting the conditions specified in the GDPR, you have the following rights: access to personal data, request rectification (correction) of personal data; request the deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten); requests to limit the processing of personal data; Objection to data processing.
  9. If the processing of personal data is based on the person’s consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This withdrawal does not affect the compliance of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal with applicable law.
  10. If you become aware of unlawful processing of personal data by ADO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection (President of the Personal Data Protection Office), 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
  11. Providing personal data is mandatory when the premise for the processing of personal data is a legal provision or an agreement concluded between the parties, otherwise the processing of personal data is based on voluntary consent.
