Information about the procedure

Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or any of their elements. You can also request that information be made available using an alternative access method, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without audio description, etc. The request should include the details of the person making the request, which website or mobile application it is about, and the method of contact. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information using an alternative access method, he or she should also determine the method of presenting this information that is convenient for him or her. The public entity should fulfill the request immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the person making the request when it will be possible to fulfill the request, but this deadline cannot be longer than 2 months from the date of making the request. If ensuring digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information. If a public entity refuses to comply with a request to ensure accessibility or an alternative method of access to information, the person making the request may file a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, one can also submit an application to the Commissioner for Human Rights.

Architectural accessibility of the Memorial House in Płońsk, 2 Warszawska Street.

  • Access by car: parking spaces are located along Warszawska Street or along Płocka Street. There is a fee for parking, you must buy a ticket at the parking meter.
  • There are two entrances to the building, one from Warszawska Street (through a gate, three steps of stairs, a door with a threshold), the other on the corner of Płocka and Warszawska Streets, which allows free access to the building for people with mobility disabilities; the entrance has no thresholds and the doors open manually to the inside of the building.
  • The exhibition is located on the ground floor and two floors of the tenement house. Each of them can be accessed by an elevator located opposite the staircase. The individual exhibition rooms have no thresholds.
  • There is a toilet adapted for persons with mobility disabilities on the ground floor.
  • Possibility to enter with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
