Despite the January weather, this month in the Memorial House will certainly be green!
On Wednesday, January 24, in the evening, the Tu Bishvat holiday – the New Year for Trees – will begin. In Israel, Tu Bishvat is celebrated as a day of environmental awareness, during which trees are planted. In connection with the New Year for Trees, we invite you to participate in ecological workshops inspired by this holiday!
On January 13, 2024 (Saturday) at 1:00 p.m., we invite children aged 8+ to participate in workshops during which we will make a cardboard model of the pre-war market square in Płońsk! The meeting will also be an opportunity to see the exhibition “Glance and recall!” in the Memorial House. There will also be a plant surprise waiting for workshop participants.
The event is held in cooperation with the Nobiscum Foundation.
