On February 24, 2024 (Saturday) at 11.00 we invite children aged 8+ to the next in a series of educational workshops organized by the Municipal Cultural Center in Płońsk as part of the project entitled: “Restoring the memory of the former Jewish community in Płońsk – educational workshops in the Płońsk Memorial House”, co-financed by the Association of the Jewish Historical Institute of Poland.
During the workshops, we will discover the profession of a shoemaker and the history of pre-war shoemakers and shoe sellers in Płońsk.
In the artistic part of the workshop, each participant will sew their own key chain – a felt shoe.
The event will also be an opportunity to visit the permanent exhibition “Glance and recall!” in the Memorial House.
